What came out of her mouth stopped all of us in our tracks. She’s spent her whole life tying her worth to how she looked. She’s been stuck in the same cycle for decades: binge eating, shame, dieting, repeat, even as a Christian. But that night, something broke. She shared her heart. She told us the real battle she’s been fighting since childhood. And everyone, including me, was in tears. This isn’t just about food. It’s about identity. About pain.
