Digging deeper into resilience

And in the desire to serve and to give, they recognise that this kind of resilience doesn't just happen, we build it over time through leaning into the struggle and complexity of life.

And most significantly, they recognise that becoming a trustworthy person means means being authentic, doing what we say we will do, being rooted and motivated by values centred on love and goodness and never self interest.

Trust is sacred and needs to be handled accordingly. The purpose of trust is to see goodness come in the world.
