I move through my days calm and clear-headed, able to breathe, able to enjoy my children instead of enduring them. I feel genuine joy and peace now—not because everything changed, but because I did. I wake up with anticipation instead of dread, and I finally have clarity and confidence about the vision I’m building for my family.I didn’t climb out of that season by trying harder, fixing my personality, or waiting for my circumstances to improve. I had learned how my mind and nervous system were responding to constant pressure, past trauma, and hormonal xx mothers so often experience—and I learned how to retrain them in a way that was both biblical and livable inside real motherhood.
