  • I Tested AI Toys So You Don’t Have To: The Terrifying Truth About ChatGPT Teddy Bears for Kids
Today on The Isabel Brown Show, we’re doing something a little different… and honestly a little terrifying. A few weeks ago, an AI-powered teddy bear powered by ChatGPT and shipped from China was recalled after it started giving kids graphic sex advice, BDSM instructions, and even telling them where to find knives in their house—without being prompted for any of that. Yes, even CNN had to cover it. So as a new mom who is firmly a wooden-toys-and-vintage-Americana kind of girl, I needed to know: 👉 Is that nightmare teddy bear just a one-off… or is this what AI kids’ toys are actually doing behind the scenes? I ordered three of the leading AI toys you can grab on Amazon — including a demonically possessed La BooBoo-style “Emotional AI Companion” a hyper-stimulating little robot called Miko, and a plush rocket buddy named Grok — and tested them on camera so you don’t have to. The results? Deeply disturbing. As a mom, I will never be putting one of these AI toys under my Christmas tree. I want my daughter playing with real toys, real books, and real people—not a data-harvesting robot that can be updated overnight with whatever ideology the manufacturer wants to push. Are you considering one of these for your kids this Christmas? Have you already bought one? I want to hear everything. ⬇️ Drop your thoughts in the comments, share this episode with another parent, and don’t forget to subscribe and leave a 5-star review on your favorite podcast platform so we can keep changing the narrative for the next generation. • The TikTok Trend Destroying Marriages - Hating Your Husband
So apparently it’s 2025 and we’re supposed to “normalize hating our husbands”, quietly quit our marriages, and then call midlife divorce “self-care.” That’s the message all over TikTok, Instagram, and even mainstream outlets like New York Magazine and The Telegraph—and I’m not buying it. Today on The Isabel Brown Show, we’re diving into the viral trend of women proudly bashing their husbands online, being “filled with rage” when he’s sick, and posting content about wishing he would just… die. At the exact same time, legacy media is glamorizing “walkaway wives,” promoting “subconscious uncoupling,” and running pieces like “Why midlife divorce is good for you (as long as you’re a woman)” as if nuking your family is the pinnacle of female empowerment. I also share honestly about my own temptations to slip into resentment, the spiritual danger of making ourselves the god of our own lives, and why I’m praying we fall back in love with being in love again—normalizing husbands as best friends instead of enemies. Are you seeing the “husband hating” trend all over your feeds too? Have you felt the cultural pressure to view marriage as a trap instead of a blessing? Drop your thoughts, your stories, and what’s helped you fight for your marriage in the comments—I want to read them all. • Reading is Racist Now, Apparently - American Kids Literally Can’t Read Anymore
It has come to my attention that kids literally just can’t read in America anymore — and I wish that were an exaggeration. Today on The Isabel Brown Show, we’re breaking down the shocking reality that less than one-third of 4th graders read at a proficient level… and nearly half can’t even read at a basic level. How did we get here? Because instead of teaching kids to sound out words with phonics like most of us learned, the education establishment decided that’s now Jim Crow–era racism. So welcome to “balanced literacy”: where kids are told not to sound things out, and are instead encouraged to guess words from pictures and context clues. “Look at the butterfly picture, guess that the covered word is ‘butterfly,’ and boom — you’re reading!” Insane. To talk solutions (not just complaints), I’m joined by Niels Hoven, founder and CEO of Mentava, a phonics-based early literacy program helping kids as young as two read at a second-grade level in months — while the “experts” with PhDs insist results shouldn’t be the primary drive of education. Yes, really. In today’s episode we dive into: • The terrifying truth about American literacy in 2025 and what’s really happening in your kids’ classrooms • Why phonics worked for generations (Bob Books, anyone?) and why it’s suddenly being smeared as “white standard English” • The madness of “picture power” and “balanced literacy” — and why guessing from pictures is not reading • How schools have shifted from education to equalization, killing gifted and honors programs and holding everyone back • How Mentava is helping kids teach themselves to read — and why you don’t need a PhD to educate your own children • Why so many parents are turning to homeschooling and alternative education after realizing the system is failing on purpose If you’ve ever thought that you’re “too stupid” to teach your own kids, or been told that questioning the system makes you dangerous, this episode will be a massive encouragement. Parents are not stupid. You are absolutely capable of taking back ownership of your children’s education — and there are tools to help you do it. Drop your favorite homeschool curriculums, early reading resources, and phonics recommendations in the comments — I’m building out ideas for my own daughter and for future episodes, and I want to hear your experience. • A Day at the Airport with RFK and Duffy - What You Didn’t See on TV
Today’s episode of The Isabel Brown Show is coming to you straight from Reagan National Airport, where I joined Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, Health Secretary Bobby Kennedy Jr., and Dr. Paul Saladino to launch a powerful new initiative to Make Travel Family Friendly Again. As a breastfeeding mom who’s in 3–4 airports a week, I’ve seen firsthand how awful most “nursing rooms” really are — broken outlets, dirty floors, no sinks, doors that don’t lock, or no space at all. This project is changing that. In today’s episode, you’ll see:     •  The beautiful, clean nursing room at DCA that should be the standard nationwide     •  How the Trump administration is freeing up $1 billion for airports to improve family spaces     •  Why breastfeeding is irreplaceable for babies’ health — and how policy can actually support moms     •  Plans for play areas, pull-up bars, and healthier food options like Farmer’s Fridge in terminals     •  A behind-the-scenes look at our press conference, plus some fun moments with baby Isla stealing the show If you’re a young parent, a frequent flyer, or just someone who cares about reviving the American family, this episode will give you so much hope for where we’re headed. • CNN Cut Me Off for Telling the Truth — Full Breakdown
Today on The Isabel Brown Show, I’m breaking down my heated CNN appearance in New York — where the panel made it abundantly clear that “conversation” was never the goal. Instead, I experienced firsthand the toxic empathy, gaslighting, and dangerous rhetoric now normalized across the political left. From reality-TV-star-turned-podcaster Jennifer Welch calling for conservatives to be “kicked to the curb” (and worse), to media figures justifying drug trafficking while accusing others of racism, to the open celebration of political violence since Charlie Kirk’s assassination — the left’s rhetoric is growing more and more disturbing with each passing day. In this episode, I walk through: • What actually happened on CNN and why the panel panicked over simple facts • The rise of liberal podcasters openly calling for the death of conservatives • The dangerous escalation of rhetoric fueled by pride, hatred, and lies • Why Christians must reject this narrative and return to truth, humility, and prayer • How Advent — and Mary as the model of surrender — points the way forward If you’re overwhelmed by the tension in our culture, you’re not alone. But the only solution is Jesus Christ. Less of us. More of Him. Always.
