And that âa lotâ can be incredibly overwhelming at times. Mentally challenging.Â
So many of us mums (and dads) go through some form of struggle when it comes to postpartum mental health. I am one of those mums!Â
So in todayâs episode I speak to Psychologist Miram Boulos about what we can expect when it comes to the mental challenge of parenting and postnatal, what signs to look out for that we may need external help and a few encouraging words in between.Â
