Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin is set to deliver remarks on election security in the next hour, just hours after President Trump delivered a primetime address on potential vulnerabilities in the US election system. The president revealed a series of newly declassified documents he claims were hidden from the American people, which show the election system has major vulnerabilities. However, a review of those documents by CNN has found that these issues were previously known and were included in a 2021 assessment from the US intelligence community.
