Released in limited theaters 28 days ago and to Netflix a mere seven days ago our final Season Ten episode and our current final episode overall sees your curators examining Jay Kelly a film that has already made good on the theme of “For Your Consideration” by netting a Golden Globe nomination for George Clooney and of course the topic of this entire endeavor Adam Sandler. 

All of that is well and good, but will the latest film from Noah Baumbach find a place amongst the star charts we have been cultivating over these past five years and become a fixture in our shared cinematic universe of the films of Adam Sandler? 

Join us as we venture one final time into the breach as we dare to journey where no one has gone before in hopes of finding a satisfying answer to this question and an ending  worthy of this creative voyage.

As our journey to chart our own shared universe of the cinematic offerings of Adam Sandler continues. Season Ten’s Theme of “For Your Consideration” has us arrive at one of his more recent offerings, 2024’s “Spaceman”

Will this exploration of grief, guilt, and loss have a place upon our star charts or will this science fiction drama prove itself to out there to exist anywhere but the darkest of cinematic outskirts.

We are back with our Season Ten theme of “For Your Consideration” looking at a film that didn’t seem to get much consideration at all Jason Reitman’s 2014 Dramedy “Men, Women & Children” that once again seems Adam stepping outside of his comfort zone to convey a parable to to the audience. 

Will Adam’s usual tactics work in an ensemble piece where all of the actors are of a high caliber and fighting for screen time or will this be one of those experiments that fails to bear fruit subsequently missing the mark of the star charts of our shared cinematic universe.

We are back with our season ten theme of “For Your Consideration…” looking at a Happy Madison film that was nominated for an Oscar  2006’s “Click”

Granted that nomination was for “Best Achievement in Makeup” but it is still representative of what it feels like Sandler and Company were aiming for when they constructed this film
