Aaron was 17 when he says he suddenly died beside a swimming pool near San Jose, California.
He heard a crackling sound and found himself about 30 feet above his body.
Aaron says he was transported into a beautiful realm with a river, cliffs, and trees where he felt the overwhelming presence of God.
He did not see God’s face, but says the love and peace were unlike anything he had experienced.
Aaron knew he could not stay.
He then found himself above his body again, watching four paramedics trying to restart his heart. He says the entire event lasted around 40 minutes.
When his heart started again, Aaron returned to his body.
Years later, Aaron came to believe God allowed this experience because the journey ahead would be difficult.
He describes childhood trauma and a dark, faceless figure repeatedly appearing in his bedroom doorway.
Aaron later battled sexual addiction, pornography, infidelity, two failed marriages, and eventually attempted to take his own life.

Before her 2024 experience, Erica says she was living a life involving drugs, sexual sin, cigarettes, a relationship with a married man, and prostitution.
Then things began changing.
Erica had a dream where Jesus’ face appeared in the sky above a graveyard. Afterward, she began leaving her old life behind, praying, reading the Bible, and confessing her sins.
She says she later heard God the Father warn:
“The sins of America have rose up to heaven.”
Another dream convinced Erica she was going to die. She began telling people:
“I’m about to die.”
Then, while lying on her couch, Erica says Jesus appeared and told her:
“They’re going to know that I have loved you.”
Immediately afterward, she says she stood before God the Father.
God told her:
“You may enter.”
After taking two steps toward heaven, Erica saw her living family members looking sad. She couldn't bear the thought of going without them and backed away.
