6 Ranch Podcast

Jonathan was a stranger to me and Into him when we first met. I’d been traveling on my motorcycle and he offered for me to stay at his home. He grilled some elk steaks and we told stories and have been friends ever since. I’ve know him as a loyal family man who works hard. Now he’s running for office and drove across the state to sit down and talk leadership on the podcast. I enjoyed this conversation a lot.

Cliff Gray is one of the most respected guides in America. He recently returned from an elk hunt where he used a classic double rifle chambered in 9.3x74R

We discuss all the rifles that fire big bullets, some of the things people get wrong about them, the benefits and practical limitations.

Stay tuned for how to win a shoulder mount paid for by me.

But when compared to the sheep and goat hunters, the chukar guys are doing it day after day for a season that lasts for months. Here’s a glimpse into that world and a progress update on my bug bite rifle project.

You asked, I answered.
