Former FBI Director James Comey was indicted Tuesday over a photo of seashells officials said threatened President Donald Trump, marking the administration’s second attempt to prosecute one of his biggest political opponents, three sources first told CNN. An arrest warrant has now been issued for Comey, but it’s unclear whether he will be taken into custody by law enforcement or turn himself in and tonight, Mr. Comey responded to the charges.
