July 6th, at the northwestern tip of Horn Island, a body washes ashore face down in the water.

 

It’s the body of a missing 18-year-old, college football player Nolan Wells who disappeared after taking a boat with friends to celebrate the Fourth of July.

 

Since then, there have been more questions than answers. Witnesses share vastly different accounts of what happened on the island with Nolan. Some of his friends shut down their social media, some opt to do interviews, and some quietly post tributes on Instagram.

 

But Nolan Wells’ loved ones are still looking for answers that investigators aren’t providing…

Were there things on his phone that were deleted from the day he went missing?

If he stayed behind on the island, why didn’t he have his phone or keys with him?

And what’s with this circulating audio that netizens swear they can hear people shouting, ‘Nolan’s freaking dead!’

One prominent UFO researcher once said, if you start looking for patterns, you will find them. And people think one of the worst patterns to emerge in 2026 is the pattern of important scientists going missing or ending up dead.

Dr. Chen, a Chinese researcher based in the United States, has the type of resume where if something happens to him it makes you want to throw coincidence out the window.

 

Outside a small Massachusetts courthouse, he locks eyes with a younger man… and within seconds, Chen is running him down, firing 5 to 6 shots, and leaving his 23‑year‑old nephew dead in the parking lot.

Has this once brilliant scientist finally gone mad?

By 9:45 PM, the aggressively bright fluorescent lights inside a giant Dollar General are enough to give anybody a headache, especially if you’ve been there all day. Ariel would know. She’s worked there for two years, watching most of the town pass through her register.

 

But one family stood out. They always came in just before closing, carrying a smell of cat urine, their children clinging close, hair hanging over their eyes, never looking up.

 

The family always bought the same things: a jug of water… and a large bottle of vegetable oil.

On June 29, Ariel rang them up like usual. The next day, she saw them on the news.

A forensic DNA test usually scans about 20 fixed markers of DNA. It may take a few days but it’s enough to differentiate a suspect from the rest of the world with a near perfect level of certainty.

 

Except for identical twins.

 

It’s not a perfect analogy but think of DNA as a 3 billion letter book. Most people have about 20 chapters that are completely different. For identical twins, their entire book is identical except for about 8 typos. Not 8 different chapters, or sentences, not even 8 different words. 8 letter typos amongst 3 billion letters.

 

The technology to find these is only available at a handful of labs and costs hundreds of thousands, even millions of dollars. Thankfully, identical twin crime is rare.

 

Except for Ohio.

 

A woman who lives alone is raped and murdered in her own home, and the DNA left at the scene traces back to a set of identical twins.

 

Two 13 year old boys are the main suspects but which twin is innocent?

And which twin is guilty?
